Sanctum Contracting is now EPA certified for Lead Abatement!
We currently have two lead abatement supervisors on staff!

Sanctum Contracting has recently completed several of it's larger projects we had been posting on our website. 
We have completed The Arashi Lofts on Quay St. in Port Huron.  Sanctum has also completed the improvements at Port Huron Housing Commission's Dulhut Village.  The pavilion is in place at the park for the City of Yale and we just finsihed the stone wall they added to the city parking lot.

Currently Sanctum is in the process of opening an office in downtown Port Huron located in the Arashi Loft complex.  This project should be finished in the next couple of months.
