Sanctum just finished two remodel projects for Blue Water Non Profit Residential Housing in Port Huron and is currently working on a third project for them, also in Port Huron. Pictures will be posted soon:)

Sanctum just finished a stone wall for the City of Yale in one of the public parking lots

We are done working on the Black River Harbor Loft project in downtown Port Huron on Quay Street. This began as a one story brick building. We have added three floors and changed the exterior. There are a total of 10 lofts, 1 Pent House Loft, and 9 Retail Spaces.

The City of Marysville needed 15,874 square foot of sidewalks, curbs, and roads replaced with new concrete. Sanctum also fulfilled a contract with the City of Yale for 9100 square foot of replacement sidewalks. Both contracts were fulfilled in a timely manner with full satisfaction!

The Port Huron Housing Commission needed the exteriors of their housing units remodeled. These are before and after pictures of Dulhut Village Housing. There are 17 buildings (102 units) total that were completed.
